摘要
针对国内化工企业中一些关键装置的自动控制水平低下的现状,着重介绍了实现全流程自动化需要用到的关键技术:先进过程控制技术(APC技术),PID优化技术、仪表设备管理(AMS)技术、报警管理优化新技术、批量控制技术等,并对国内外相关技术进行了对比。最后对自动化及智能信息化发展趋势进行了总结。
Aiming at the low level of automatic control of some key devices in domestic chemical enterprises,key technologies needed to realize the whole process automation are emphatically introduced: advanced process control technology(APC technology),PID optimization technology,instrument and equipment management(AMS) technology,alarm management optimization technology,batch control technology,etc.,The relative technologies at home and abroad are compared.Finally,the development trend of automation and intelligent information is summarized.
