摘要
目的:讨论并分析肝脏镰状韧带旁假性病灶MSCT的影像表现及相关疾病的鉴别诊断。方法:综合分析于2015年2月~2017年3月在大连市第二人民医院诊断为肝脏镰状韧带旁假性病灶的24名患者MSCT平扫+增强扫描的影像资料,总结各病灶的发生分布、边界形态、增强表现等影像信息。结果:肝脏镰状韧带旁假性病灶MSCT平扫显示不满意,检出率低,仅有8个病灶有较明确的影像改变;MSCT增强扫描病灶检出率显著升高,门脉期较动脉期和平衡期显示病灶更加明确,全部病灶在门脉期均有相对密度改变。结论:肝脏镰状韧带旁假性病灶在MSCT平扫检出率低,MSCT增强扫描能显著提升病灶的检出,同时根据病灶部位、形态及MSCT影像表现,可以对鉴别相关疾病有所帮助,降低误诊和漏诊概率。
Objective: To discuss and analyze the imaging manifestations of MSCT and the related diagnosis of the disease in the pseudo-focal lesions adjacent to the sickle ligament of the liver. Methods: The image data of MSCT plain scan and enhanced scan of 24 patients diagnosed with pseudo-focal lesions adjacent to the liver sickle at the Second People’s Hospital of Dalian from February 2015 to March 2017 were comprehensively analyzed, and the occurrence of each lesion was summarized. Image information such as distribution, boundary morphology, and enhanced performance. Results: The plain scan of MSCT on the sickle-like ligament adjacent to the liver showed unsatisfactory results and the detection rate was low. Only 8 lesions had clearer image changes. The detection rate of MSCT-enhanced scans increased significantly, and the portal vein phase was significantly higher than that of arteries The stage and the equilibrium stage showed that the lesions were more definite, and all the lesions had relative density changes during the portal vein phase. Conclusion: The detection rate of pseudo-focal lesions adjacent to the sickle ligament in liver is low in MSCT plain scan. Enhanced MSCT scan can significantly improve the detection of lesions. At the same time, it can be helpful to identify related diseases based on the location, morphology and MSCT imaging manifestations of the lesions. Reduce the probability of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
