摘要
回转窑为热工重载设备,托轮轴承组是回转窑设备唯一的重要支承部件,多采用滑动轴承球面瓦结构,在球面瓦内通冷却水进行持续冷却。在回转窑托轮轴承组球面瓦冷却水管密封结构的设计研究过程中,针对现有密封结构密封不严,碗形密封件加工困难等问题,设计研制新型密封结构,克服现有结构缺点,大大提升密封可靠性。此密封结构简单,密封件易于制造,其生产成本低廉,设备维护、更换方便,具有极大的使用和推广价值。
Rotary kiln is a thermal heavy-duty equipment,and the supporting wheel bearing set is the only important supporting part of the rotary kiln equipment.The sliding bearing spherical pad structure is used,and cooling water is used in the globe bearing for continuous cooling.In the process of designing and researching the sealing structure of cooling water pipe for globe bearing of supporting wheel bearing group of rotary kiln,a new type of sealing structure was designed and developed to overcome the shortcomings of the existing structure and greatly improve the sealing reliability,aiming at the problems of improper sealing structure and difficult processing of bowl-shaped seals.This new type of seal is simple in structure,easy to manufacture,low in production cost,convenient in maintenance and replacement of equipment,and has great value in use and promotion.
