摘要
目前,有限元分析已经是产品常规设计中非常重要的一环,在开展结构实验之前,对模型进行有限元分析尤其重要。有限元分析在众多领域被广泛使用,而单元的选择往往是影响我们分析结果的重要参数,静特性分析已经不能满足我们有限元分析的需求,动特性分析准确性才是有限元分析的关键,这里我们主要选取模态分析进行计算,并主要针对不同有限单元参数对动特性分析结果影响进行提取。模态分析是我们有限元分析里面常用的动特性分析方法,本文通过某悬臂梁这一模型,进行分析计算,比较多种不同单元参数对分析结果的影响。
At present,finite element analysis has been a very important part in the process of product design,and it has become especially important to carry out finite element analysis of the model before carrying out structural experiment.Finite element analysis has been widely used in many fields,and the selection of elements is often an important parameter that affects the results of our analysis.Static characteristic analysis can not meet the needs of our finite element analysis The accuracy of dynamic characteristic analysis is the key of finite element analysis,in this paper,we mainly choose modal analysis to calculate,and extract the effect of different finite element parameters on dynamic characteristic analysis.Modal analysis is a common dynamic analysis method in finite element analysis.In this paper,a cantilever beam model is used to analyze and calculate the influence of various element parameters on the results.
