摘要
在板材表面3D打印生产中,常常需要获取板材上的距离信息进行传图定位。针对手动测量存在的精度差,自动化程度低等问题,将视觉系统应用到板材表面测距以提高生产效率。为了提取更加鲁棒的距离信息,将采用线激光器照射在板材表面,通过彩色工业相机获得二维图像。依次经过通道分离、阈值分割、滤波处理等图像处理算法,将需要的特征提取出来,然后进行像素计算得到相应的距离信息。
In the 3 D printing production of sheet metal surface,it is often necessary to obtain the distance information on the sheet for mapping and positioning.In view of the poor precision and low degree of automation of manual measurement,this paper applies the vision system to the surface of the sheet to improve production efficiency.In order to extract more robust distance information,this paper uses a line laser to illuminate the surface of the board and obtain a two-dimensional image through a color industrial camera.The image processing algorithm,such as channel separation,threshold segmentation,and filtering,sequentially extracts the required features,and then performs pixel calculation to obtain corresponding distance information.
