摘要
目的:基于全基因组序列信息分析洋葱伯克霍尔德复合群细菌的分类情况。方法:构建基于recA基因全长序列、7个看家基因片段串联的系统发生树,进行菌株全基因组平均核酸一致性(ANI)值比较,分析各菌株分类情况。结果:获得了recA单基因和7个看家基因片段串联的系统发生树,有5株细菌在系统发生树上的位置与其当前鉴定种的进化分支存在较大差异,全基因组ANI比较显示其与所在进化树分支种的相似性更高。结论:纠正了5株细菌错误的种鉴定,提示公共数据库中该复合群细菌的种鉴定信息需要进一步分析和纠正。
Objective:To analyze the classification status of Burkholderia cepacian complex(Bcc)based on wholegenome sequences.Methods:Phylogenetic trees of recA full-length sequence and concatenated seven housekeeping gene fragments were constructed.Pairwise genomic average nucleotide identity(ANI)comparison was computed.Bcc strain classification status was analyzed by combined information.Results:There were significant differences between the phylogenetic tree location of five bacteria and the evolutionary branches of their current identified species.The comparison of genomic ANI showed that they were more likely to be species of current branches of the evolutionary trees.Conclusion:Five misidentified Bcc strains have been corrected.Our results suggest that further analysis and correction of Bcc strains in public database is needed.
