摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环模式在手术室细菌感染控制中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年12月在沈阳市沈北新区中心医院进行乎术的428例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各214例。对照组采用常规手术室感染控制措施,观察组采用PDCA循环进行手术室感染控制,比较两组术后病原菌检出率、手术室消毒效果和术后切口感染发生率。结果观察组术后革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌检出率均低于对照组,差异均右统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士手卫生、器械衣面、手术室空气和手术室恫温箱消毒效果合格率均高于对照组,差异均仃统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后切口感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循坏模式可有效改善手术室细菌感染控制效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application eflect of PDCA circulation mode in bacterial infcction control in operating room.Methods A total of 428 patients operated in Shenyang Shenbei New District Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 214 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine infection control measures,while the observation group adopted PDCA circulation mode for infection control.The detection rate of pathogcnic bacteria,disinfection cfleet of operating room and inc ide nee of in cision infection were compared between the two groups.Results The detection rates of Grampositive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rates of disinfection effect of hand hygiene,instrument surface,operating room air and operating room thermostat in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incision infection rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA circulation mode can effectively improve the level of bacterial infection control in opcrating room,which is worth popularizing.
