摘要
目的:探究上前牙缺损患者接受二氧化锆(YZ)全瓷冠修复治疗的效果。方法:以上前牙缺损患者100例(时间所选为2017年1月~2018年1月),为本次研究对象,以双盲法进行随机分组,对照组实施金合金烤瓷冠修复,实验组则实施二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,分析2组前牙缺损患者修复的结果。结果:实验组上前牙缺损患者的牙齿健康状态、牙体颜色、牙体折裂、边缘密合度等情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:上前牙缺损患者接受二氧化锆全瓷冠修复治疗,能够取得较好的效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of zirconia(YZ)all-ceramic crown repair on patients with upper anterior tooth defects.Methods:The above 100 patients with anterior tooth defects(selected from January 2017 to January 2018)were the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into two groups by doubleblind method.The control group was repaired with gold alloy porcelain crown.The group was treated with zirconium dioxide all-ceramic crown,and the results of the restoration of the anterior tooth defects in the two groups were analyzed.Results:The dental health status,tooth color,tooth fracture,and edge adhesion of patients with upper anterior tooth defects in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with upper anterior tooth defect who received zirconia all-ceramic crown repair can achieve better results.
