摘要
难治性癌痛患者到疼痛科后,医务人员要面对的是患者在院外接受各类治疗后带来的吗啡耐受及其他并发症对患者生理和心理的影响。我们可通过疼痛科特有的视角与平台对患者进行评价与评估,从而达到对难治性癌痛的有效管理,对难治性癌痛进行有特色且有效的综合治疗。
When the patients with refractory cancer pain come to the pain department,the first major problem for doctors is the impact of morphine tolerance and other complications on patients'physiology,psychology and organism after receiving kinds of treatment outside the hospital.We can evaluate and estimate the pain condition by the special view point on the platform that the pain department only has,so as to achieve the effective management to the refractory cancer pain.
