摘要
本着“更高的双惟,中医的摇篮”理念,江西中医药大学面向中医专业素质教育又一次人才培养模式的改革探索,以“修身治学、知行合一”为引领,培养“两素质”“三能力”,构建夯实专业基础、提升中医思维、强化临床实训三大板块。历经10年,实践检验7年,推广应用3年,该培养模式在不断改革、践行中获得成效,受到了广大师生、家长的普遍欢迎和赞誉。
In line with the concept of“higher Shuangwei,cradle of traditional Chinese medicine”,we have carried out the reform and exploration of the training mode of talents in the quality education of traditional Chinese medicine specialty in Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This model is based on“four-self and one-care”,guided by“self-cultivation,knowledge-practice,combination of knowledge and practice”,and focuses on building“tamping the professional foundation”,“promoting traditional Chinese medicine thinking”and“strengthening clinical practice”.It has lasted 10 years,practice has been tested for 7 years,and its application has been promoted for 3 years.This mode has been widely welcomed and praised by teachers and students and parents.
