摘要
目的探讨中医护理在肛周脓肿手术中的应用效果及对患者VAS评分的影响。方法选择2015年3月—2018年5月就诊并接受手术治疗的肛周脓肿患者86例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,研究组患者予以中医护理,对照组患者予以基础护理,比较2组患者的护理效果及VAS评分。结果研究组患者干预后的创面VAS评分(0.29±0.10)、组织水肿评分(0.25±0.09)、肉芽生长评分(0.30±0.12)明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者排尿障碍评分(0.39±0.08)、便秘评分(0.63±0.13)明显低于对照组,护理满意度评分(92.30±4.57)明显高于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论中医护理干预能够减轻肛周脓肿患者术后疼痛,促进创面愈合,改善便秘及排尿障碍,护理效果良好,值得推荐。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on perianal abscess surgery and its influence on patients’VAS score.Methods Eighty-six patients with perianal abscess who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into study group and control group by random number table.The patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The control group received basic nursing.The nursing effect and VAS score of the two groups was compared.Results The wound VAS score(0.29±0.10),tissue edema score(0.25±0.09),and granulation growth score(0.30±0.12)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The urinary dysfunction score(0.39±0.08)and constipation score(0.63±0.13)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score(92.30±4.57)was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can alleviate postoperative pain in patients with perianal abscess,promote wound healing,improve constipation and dysuria,has good nursing effect is good,and is worthy of promotion.
