摘要
大力选拔培养年轻干部,是一个企业追求基业长青、实现可持续发展的必要条件。本文从"选培育用"四个方面,论述了年轻干部选拔培养的方法、途径和机制。一是完善发现、举荐、筛选机制,挑好种子、选好苗子;二是完善优培、优育、拔尖机制,铺设人才成长的高速路、快车道;三是完善学习、培养、锻炼相结合机制,既要搭梯子,也要压担子,更要教方法;四是完善能者上、庸者下、劣者汰机制,打通渠道、疏通出口。四个方面相辅相成,相得益彰。
Vigorously selecting and cultivating young cadres is a necessary condition for an enterprise to pursue long-lasting foundation and achieve sustainable development.This article discusses the methods,approaches and mechanisms for the selection and cultivation of young cadres from four aspects of "selection and cultivation".The first is to improve the discovery,recommendation,and screening mechanism,to better identify the high-potentials;the second is to improve the training and cultivation mechanism,to pave the highway and fast track for the talents’ growth;the third is to improve the combined mechanism of learning,nurturing,and in-job training to not only assist their growth but also increase their responsibilities as well as teach them methods,the fourth is to optimize the mechanism for promotion and demotion,i.e.smoothing the channel for those who are capable to be promoted,those who are average to be demoted,and those who are unqualified to be excluded.These four aspects complement each other to form an integrated whole.
