摘要
建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定茶叶中的Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、As、Zn、Ni、Mn、Se、Sb 10种金属元素的方法。优化微波消解条件和仪器测定条件,选择45Sc、103Rh、187Re作为内标元素来校正基体干扰。方法检出限为0.41μg/kg^1.28μg/kg,加标回收率为90.2%~106.8%,精密度RSD为1.9%~7.2%(n=5)。采用该法对茶叶标准物质(GBW10016)进行验证,测定值均在保证值范围内,方法具有快速、准确、可靠、灵敏度高的特点。
A method was established to for the analysis of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, As, Zn, Ni, Mn, Se and Sb in green tea by using ICP-MS. The instrumental parameters and microwave digestion condition were optimized and the internal standard of 45 Sc, 103 Rh and 187 Re was applied to correct for correct for matrix interferences. The detection limits of these 10 elements were 0.41 μg/kg-1.28 μg/kg. The addition standard recovery was 90.2%~106.8%, and the RSD was 1.9%~7.2%(n=5) for 10 elements. The accuracy of the method was evaluated by the analysis of corresponding trace heavy metal elements in standard reference material(GBW10016). The established method was characterized with rapidness, high precision, accuracy and low limits of detection.
