摘要
舌诊是中医诊断的重要组成部分,是了解人体生理功能和病理变化的主要诊察方法,其基本原理为知外揣内的“象思维”,即通过观察舌质与舌苔的变化来洞察人体生理与病理状态,以此作为诊察疾病、辨证论治的重要方法。文章将从“气机升降”的角度来探讨舌诊的内涵,并进一步挖掘其潜在价值,以期更好地发挥舌诊在指导临床辨证立法、遣方用药方面的重要作用。
Tongue diagnosis is an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and it is the main method for understanding the physiological functions and pathological changes of human body,its basic principle is the"image thinking"of conjecturing the interior by observing the exterior,which is to explore the physiological and pathological status of human body by observing the changes of tongue quality and tongue coati ng,as an importa nt method for examining diseases and syndrome differentiation.In this paper,the connotation of tongue diagnosis will be discussed from the perspective of"Qi ascending and descending"and its potential value will be further explored,in order to better play the important role to guide the legislation of clinical syndrome differentiation and prescribing drugs.
