摘要
目的观察电针联合三联药物膀胱灌注治疗膀胱疼痛综合征/间质性膀胱炎(bladder pain syndrome/interstitial cystitis,BPS/IC)的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2018年8月收治的51例BPS/IC患者的临床资料。对照组采用单纯三联药物膀胱灌注,治疗组在膀胱灌注的基础上运用电针治疗。所有患者治疗前后均行O’Leary-Sant间质性膀胱炎症状指数和问题指数评分(ICSI/ICPI),盆腔疼痛及尿频评分(PUF)和VAS疼痛评分以评估疗效。结果治疗组治疗后ICSI、ICPI、PUF及VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),且两组患者治疗后各项评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.7%;所有患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论电针联合药物膀胱灌注治疗膀胱疼痛综合征疗效肯定,为临床治疗BPS/IC提供了一种有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with triple-drug bladder irrigation in treating bladder pain syndrome/interstitial cystitis(BPS/IC).Method The clinical data of 51 patients with BPS/IC treated during January 2013 and August 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.The control group was intervened by triple-drug bladder irrigation,and the treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture in addition to bladder irrigation.All the subjects were evaluated using O’Leary-Sant Interstitial Cystitis Symptom Index and Interstitial Cystitis Problem Index(ICSI/ICPI),Pelvic Pain Urgency and Frequency Questionnaire(PUF)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)pain score to determine the therapeutic efficacy.Result The scores of ICSI,ICPI,PUF were better in the treatment group than in the control group after intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of the item were all improved after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 91.7%in the treatment group.No severe adverse reaction occurred in the subjects.Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with medicinal bladder irrigation can produce valid efficacy in treating bladder pain syndrome,thus providing an effective method in treating BPS/IC.
