摘要
研究海砂中的氯离子含量对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响规律是制备抗钢筋锈蚀混凝土的基础。根据海砂中的氯离子含量不同,研究了水胶比对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的改善效应。结果表明:在氯离子含量分别为0、0.06%、0.12%、0.30%时,降低水胶比均能使海砂混凝土的电通量下降。当水胶比低于0.35时,海砂混凝土的电通量均可低于1000 C;水胶比相同且混凝土氯离子含量在0~0.30%时,氯离子含量越高,电通量越低,氯离子结合率越高。
The study of the effect of chloride ion content in sea sand on the resistance of concrete to chloride ion penetration is the basis for the preparation of anti-corrosion concrete.According to the different content of chloride ion in sea sand,this paper studies the improvement effect of water-to-binder ratio on the chloride ion permeability of concrete.The results show that when the chloride ion content is 0%,0.06%,0.12%,and 0.30%,decreasing water-to-binder ratio can reduce the electric flux of sea sand concrete.When the water-to-binder ratio is lower than 0.35,the electric flux of sea sand concrete can be less than 1000 C.When the water-to-binder ratio is the same and the chloride ion content of the concrete is between 0%and 0.30%,the higher the chloride ion content,the lower the electric flux,and the higher the chloride ion binding rate.
