摘要
目的通过问卷调查了解女大学生对人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)及其预防性疫苗的认知度,分析影响女大学生接种HPV疫苗意愿度的因素,让疫苗的目标人群能够顺利地预防宫颈癌,为推广HPV疫苗提供建议。方法采用方便抽样法,对女大学生进行了问卷调查,有效问卷805份,对问卷数据进行统计分析。结果共调查805名大学生,医学专业对HPV及其预防性疫苗知晓率高于非医学专业,其中536人(66.6%)被调查者听说过HPV,492人(61.1%)了解宫颈癌,233人(28.9%)知道HPV预防性疫苗,285人(35.4%)知道宫颈癌等疾病与HPV感染有关,在疫苗安全有效的前提下,652人(81.0%)愿意接种HPV疫苗;615人(76.4%)女大学生对全程疫苗接种的最高支付意愿在100~1 000元以内。结论女大学生对HPV及预防性疫苗的认知率低,接种意愿主要受疫苗安全性及价格因素和认知程度的影响。政府可给予一定资金支持并保障疫苗的安全性;进一步加强社会群体健康教育;学校应当加大力度开展医教结合;以及正确的家庭生殖健康教育普及HPV疫苗的关键因素。
Objective To investigate the recognition of human papilloma virus(HPV) and its preventive vaccine among female college students,and to analyze the factors affecting the willingness of female college students to inoculate HPV vaccine,so as to make the target vaccine population successfully prevent cervical cancer,and provide advice for the promotion of HPV vaccine.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on female college students by convenient sampling method.There were 805 valid questionnaires,and the questionnaire data were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 805 female college students were surveyed.The awareness rate of HPV and its preventive vaccine among medical students was higher than that of students of non-medical specialty.Among them,536(66.6%) were ever know of HPV,492(61.1%) were aware of cervical cancer,233 people(28.9%) knew about HPV preventive vaccine,and 285(35.4%) knew that cervical cancer and other diseases were related to HPV infection.Under the premise of safe and effective vaccine,652 people(81.0%) were willing to receive HPV vaccine;The willingness to pay the full vaccination of the 615(76.4) % female college students is within 100 to 1000 yuan.Conclusions Female college students present low cognition rates for HPV and preventive vaccines.The willingness to vaccinate is mainly influenced by vaccine safety and price factors and cognitive level.The government should give certain funds to support and ensure the safety of vaccines and further strengthen the health education of social groups;schools should increase efforts to carry out medical and educational integration;and the key factors for the promotion of HPV vaccines in correct family reproductive health education should be focused.
