摘要
目的分析老年人中医药健康旅游意愿及其影响因素。方法 2017年5月,依据地理位置选取安徽省的5个城市社区,采用便利抽样的方法对社区60岁以上的老年人进行面对面问卷调查,有效应答率为89.4%。使用SPSS 16.0对数据进行描述性统计分析和多因素logistic回归分析。结果大多数老年人倾向在短途(81.4%)、花费较少(76.4%)、安静的环境(61.4%)旅游;60~69岁年龄段老年人(OR=3.51,P=0.010)和患者慢性疾病的老年人(OR=2.97,P=0.001)对中医药健康旅游的选择意愿更高。结论政府及相关部门应加强中医药健康旅游的宣传力度,提高认知程度;旅行社可以开发满足老年人的中医药健康旅游路线。
Objective To explore the desire of health tourism of traditional Chinese medicine for the older people and its influencing factors.Methods In May 2017,a face to face questionnaire survey through convenience sampling method was conducted to investigate the elderly people over 60 years old in five communities in Anhui Province.500 questionnaires were distributed and 447 valid questionnaires were returned.The effective response rate was 89.4%.SPSS 16.0 software was used for descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results Most elderly people prefer to travel in a short distance(81.4%),less expensive(76.4%) and quiet environment(61.4%).Elderly people aged between 60 and 69(P = 0.010,OR = 3.51) and the elderly with chronic diseases(P = 0.001,OR = 2.97) are more likely to choose traditional Chinese medicine health tourism.Conclusions The government and relevant departments should step up the promotion of health tourism of traditional Chinese medicine and enhance the level of cognition.Travel agencies should develop health tourism routes that satisfy the needs of the elderly.
