摘要
目的探讨流程化沟通模式(CICARE)在贵州省少数民族肾活检中的应用效果。方法 128例行肾活检的贵州省少数民族患者,采用历史性对照法分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组采用常规的护患沟通模式,观察组采用CICARE标准化沟通模式。观察2组对护理服务的满意度,比较2组出院准备情况。结果观察组护理满意度98.44%(63/64)高于对照组的87.50%(56/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对术后注意事项、疾病饮食要求以及出院后返院复查知晓率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CICARE标准化沟通模式有利于提高医护人员的沟通能力,提高医疗服务质量。
Objective To investigate the a standard process for interaction(named CICARE for Connect, Introduce, Communicate, Ask, Respond and Exit) in ethnic minority patients from Guizhou Province who underwent renal biopsy. Methods Totally 128 ethnic minority patients from Guizhou Province who underwent renal biopsy were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 64 cases in each group. Routine communication model was adopted in the control group, and a standard process for interaction named CICARE was used in the observation group. The patients’ satisfaction with nursing service and discharge preparation was assessed and compared between two groups. Results The satisfaction rate was 98.44%(63/64) in the observation group and 87.50%(56/64) in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The awareness rates of postoperative precautions, dietary requirements and follow-up check in the observation were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The CICARE standard process for interaction is effective to improve the community skills of nurses and improve the quality of nursing.
