摘要
汽车噪声大致可以分成两类:稳态持续噪声和瞬态噪声。路面噪声、发动机噪声等都是稳态持续噪声这一类,而异响一般都属于瞬态噪声。近些年来消费者越来越重视异响噪声。文章简要介绍了一种在汽车设计前期进行的,针对仪表板异响的分析优化方案。应用ANSA软件的前处理插件,可以快速对异响风险位置建立E-line;其后处理软件META可以快速对结果进行处理,并进行原因诊断,在设计前期给出指导建议。
Vehicle noise may be roughly divided into two categories:the persistent type and the transient style.Road noise and engine noise belong to the persistent type.The BSR belongs to the transient style.In recent years,consumers have paid more and more attention to the BSR.This paper briefly introduce an analysis and optimization method for BSR of instrum-ent panel in the early stage of vehicle design.Appling of ANSA pre-processing plugin,we can quickly establish the E-lines at the locations with BSR risks;the post-processing software METAcan quickly process the results and make a cause diagno-sis,giving guidance in the early stages of design.
