摘要
2009年党中央、国务院向全国发布了《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》,掀开新一轮医药卫生体制改革的帷幕。至今10年过去,本研究在医保、医疗、医药“三医联动”的基础上,对医保所设计出台的政策、医疗所采取的使人民群众能够实实在在感到获得感幸福感的多项措施、医药所进行的前所未有的深层次改革进行了回顾分析,了解改革成效和问题,为进一步深化改革提供参考。
In 2009,the C.P.C.and State Council released a document on deepening Health System Reform in China,embracing a new round of Health System Reform.After a decade,this study reviewed the policies that are based on the Coordination of Medical Insurance,Medical Care and Pharmacy and newly established policies for Medical Insurance,and multiple measures to make people have a sense of gain and happiness,as well as unprecedented thorough health reforms.This study provides insight into what we have accomplished and what remains to be solved,which could be used for reference in future reform。
