摘要
为了解决丰水期水下桥墩加固采用围堰技术导致的排水耗时长、费用高、影响运营等问题,提出了一种水下混凝土桥墩不排水加固新方法:首先对预制混凝土管片进行了改进,然后进行拼装连接;其次研发了一种自应力微膨胀不分散混凝土作为填充混凝土,并通过正交实验和极差分析法,确定最优配合比,并分析水胶比、抗分散剂、膨胀剂等因素对混凝土性能的影响;最后将该加固技术应用于福州某实桥加固之中。研究发现,研发的自应力微膨胀不分散混凝土自应力效果明显,弹性模量、水陆强度比均有提升;提出的加固新方法具有加固快速、加固效果好,比较适合用于丰水期水下桥墩的快速加固。
In order to solve the problems of long-term drainage,high cost and affecting operations caused by cofferdam strengthening technology for underwater piers during the flood season,this paper proposes a new method for non-drainage reinforcement of underwater concrete piers.Specifically,firstly,precast concrete segments were improved,which was followed by the assembly and connection.Secondly,a kind of self-stressing micro-expansion non-dispersive concrete was developed as the filled concrete,and the optimum mix ratio was detennined by orthogonal test and range analysis.The effect of some factors on the performance of concrete was analyzed,like expansion agent,the water-to-binder ratio,and anti-dispersant.Finally,the new reinforcement technology was applied to the reinforcement of a real bridge in Fuzhou.It is found that the selfstressing effect of self-stressing micro-expansion non-dispersive concrete is obvious,and the elastic modulus and water-in-water strength ratio are improved.The proposed new reinforcement method has the advantages of quick reinforcement and good reinforcement effect,and is more suitable for the rapid reinforcement of underwater piers in the flood season.
