摘要
目的:探析牙周-正畸联合治疗中重度牙周炎的疗效。方法:将2014年3月~2019年4月我院收治的30例中重度牙周炎患者为主要对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组(n=15)采用牙周组织再生术治疗,观察组(n=15)采用牙周-正畸联合治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:两组的治疗有效率和不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组的牙周炎症消失时间短于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在中重度牙周炎的临床治疗上,可根据患者的实际情况选择适宜的治疗方法,对于合并咬合创伤、牙齿牙列不齐的患者,传统疗法联合正畸治疗效果更佳。
Objective:To analyze the effect of periodontal-orthodontic treatment on moderate and severe periodontitis.Methods:30patients with moderate-to-severe periodontitis admitted to a hospital from March 2014to April 2019were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=15)was treated with periodontal tissue regeneration.The observation group(n=15)was treated with periodontial-orthodontic combined therapy,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the treatment efficiency and adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The periodontal inflammation disappeared time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of moderate to severe periodontitis,appropriate treatment methods can be selected according to the actual situation of the patients.For patients with occlusal trauma and dentition,traditional therapy combined with orthodontic treatment is better.
