低温+保湿保鲜技术在葡萄苗木保存中的应用研究

摘要 为了延长葡萄苗木保存期和提高保存质量,以红地球葡萄苗木为试材,应用低温+保湿技术,研究了葡萄苗木在不同低温保湿保存期间植株失重率、根系可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、栽植成活率和栽后生长量的变化。结果表明:不同保存期低温+装袋开口方法保存的葡萄苗木栽植成活率和栽后生长量均最高,保存后150d,苗木失重率、根系可溶性糖含量分别为7.2%和1.4%,较对照(CK)仅低温保存69.2%和2.2%分别降低了89.6%和57.1%;根系可溶性蛋白质含量、栽植成活率、栽后新梢粗度和长度分别为7.9μg/g、65.5%、5.5mm和42.7cm,较对照(CK)仅低温保存3.8μg/g、10.4%、3.2mm和18.6cm分别提高了107.9%、529.8%、71.9%和129.6%。 In order to prolong storage period and increase storage quality of grape seedlings,the red globe grape seedlings were used to be test material,the change of loss rate,root soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,survival rate and growth of grape seedlings were studied after which stored with low temperature+humidification.The result showed that the survival rate and growth of grape seedlings stored with low temperature and bagged(opened mouth) were the highest in different storage period,whose loss rate,root soluble sugar content were 7.2% and 1.4%,which decreased 89.6% and 57.1% compare to CK(only low temperature storage)69.2% and 2.2% separately;the root soluble protein content,survival rate,diameter and length of new branch were 7.9μg/g,65.5%,5.5 mm and 42.7 cm,which decreased 107.9%,529.8%,71.9% and 129.6% compare to CK(only low temperature storage)3.8μg/g,10.4%,3.2 mm and 18.6 cm.
