摘要
在实际工程中应用钢纤维高强灌浆材料,要了解其力学性能。本文对钢纤维体积含量为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的钢纤维高强灌浆材料进行了力学性能试验,分析了钢纤维含量对其宏观破坏现象、强度、弹性模量、泊松比和韧度等方面的影响,并提出了钢纤维对高强灌浆材料立方体抗压强度的增强系数。试验表明,钢纤维有显著的增强、阻裂效果,钢纤维高强灌浆材料具有较高的抗压强度和韧度,是一种优良的新型建筑材料。
To apply steel fiber high-strength grouting material in practical engineering,its mechanical properties should be known.The effect of steel fiber volume faction(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%)on macroscopic failure phenomena,strength,modulus of elasticity,poisson’s ratio and toughness of steel fiber high-strength grouting material was studied by experiments.And steel fiber strengthened coefficient of cubic compressive property of steel fiber grouting material was contained.The result shows that the steel fiber has remarkable strengthening and cracking resistance,the steel fiber high-strength grouting material has high compressive strength and toughness,and it is an excellent new building material.
