摘要
通过拆解肇事车辆并研究其车桥结构特点,对后轮驱动专项作业车行驶过程中车轮脱落的原因进行分析,得出车辆左前转向节外端圆柱滚子轴承损坏、锁紧螺母紧固失效、开口销钉固定失效是导致肇事车辆左前车轮脱落的主要原因,本文通过对车轮脱落原因进行研究,为避免类似事故的发生提供科学管理的依据。
By dismantling the accident vehicle and studying the structural characteristics of its axle,this paper analyzed the causes of wheel falling off of the special rear wheel drive vehicle during the driving process and concluded that the main causes of the left front wheel falling off of the accident vehicle were the damage of the cylindrical roller bearing at the outer end of the left front steering knuckle of the vehicle,the failure of the lock nut and the opening pin.By studying the causes of wheel falling off,this paper provided scientific management basis for the avoidance of similar accidents.
