摘要
目的:掌握长治市肺结核疫情的流行特征,为完善防控策略提供数据支持。方法:利用中国疾病预防控制信息系统统计数据,采用描述流行病学方法对2012-2018年长治市肺结核流行病学特征进行分析。采用χ^2检验比较发病率和构成比的差异,趋势变化采用趋势卡方检验。结果:2012-2018年长治市肺结核累计报告发病率33. 90/10万,2012年报告发病率60. 38/10万,2018年报告发病率22. 98/10万,7年间报告发病率总体呈现逐年下降的趋势(χ趋势2=795. 989,P=0. 000)。报告发病率居前三的县为黎城县、平顺县和沁源县;男女患者性别比1. 77∶1,男性肺结核发病率43. 42/10万高于女性24. 42/10万,性别间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3. 736,P=0. 000);全年不同月份均有病例报告,3月和5月出现小高峰,春夏季发病较多;15~24岁年龄组占比(23. 89%)最高。结论:长治市近年来肺结核疫情稳步下降,仍需要加强对重点地区和重点人群的防控,以更好地控制疫情的发生。
Objective:To explore the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Changzhi and provide data support for prevention and control strategies.Methods:By making use of the statistical data from the information system of China CDC and the method of descriptive epidemiology,the epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis in Changzhi from 2012 to 2018 were analyzed.Differences in morbidity and composition ratio as well as the trend change were discussed using Chi-square and trend Chi-square tests.Results:The incidence rate of tuberculosis in Changzhi from 2012 to 2018 was 33.90/100,000;the reported incidence in 2012 was 60.38/100000 and in 2018 was 22.98/100000.The overall reported incidence in the 7 years has been decreasing year by year(χ^2trend=795.989,P=0.000).The top three counties were Licheng,Pinshun and Qinyuan;the sex ratio of male and female patients was 1.77∶1,and the incidence of male tuberculosis was higher than that of females(χ^2=3.736,P=0.000);There were some case reports in every month,with small peaks in March and May and more incidence in spring and summer;the age group of 15~24 years old accounted for the highest proportion.Conclusion:The tuberculosis epidemic has steadily declined in Changzhi in recent years.It is still necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of key areas and populations in order to better control the occurrence of the epidemic.
