摘要
钢铁企业在设备管理方面一般采用点检定修制的设备维修方式,其核心是点检管理,点检的基础和重点依靠的是点检标准。点检标准的修订及优化基本采用人工审视的方式开展,随着生产规模逐步扩大,设备装备数量增加,点检标准数量也会增多,因此在有限的人力资源背景下,靠人工审视标准效率较低的问题将会凸显。基于宝钢点检历史大数据,结合智慧设备管理的推进思路,通过K-S检验进行拟合优度检验,开展点检标准周期自动延长优化,实现降低点检作业负荷、提高管理效率的研究。
Inspection-Overhaul Management System is the main maintenance mode in many steel enterprises,and it’s based on the daily inspection.Since then,the revision of the inspection standards have been carried out by human.With the expansion of production scale,the number of equipment increases,there will be more inspection standards.Therefore,the problem of low efficiency by manual inspection will be highlighted with limited human.K-S test is used to compare historical data of inspection,to research the self-optimization of inspect standard based on reliability engineering and the result for reducing the work load and improving the management efficiency.
