摘要
近几年,我国个别省份出现城镇老旧楼房突然垮塌事故,造成人民群众的生命财产损失和不良社会影响,为确保山西省城镇老旧建筑的安全使用,正确判断建筑结构的安全情况,保证排查质量,编制了《城镇老旧建筑安全排查规程》。经工程实例验证,该规程可快速的、科学的对城镇老旧建筑进行安全排查,减少人民群众的生命财产损失。
In recent yerars,the sudden collapse of the old buildings in the cities and towns in our country has resulted in the loss of life and the bad social impact of the people. In order to ensure the safe use of the old buildings in the cities and towns of Shanxi Province,it is necessary to correctly judge the safety of the construction structure and to ensure the quality of the investigation. The Code for the Safety and Investigation of the Old Building in the Town is prepared. It is proved by the engineering example that the procedure can be used for the safety investigation of the old buildings in the town,and the loss of life and property of the people is reduced.
