摘要
一个区域的文化遗产是建立在具有鲜明特色的地方历史文化之上的,同时,也是区域文化品牌表达的重要内容。上海和伦敦是两个同样在近现代工业化语境下发展起来的城市,本文通过对两者传统手工艺在城市文化表达方面的历史回顾与当代文化遗产保护战略下传统手工艺生态及现状的观察、比较,阐释了传统手工艺作为文化遗产的组成部分,是一个城市的文化底色,也是城市文化传承与品牌化表达方式之一,并推动城市的创新创业与消费活力,令经济和社会受益。
The cultural heritage of a region is built on the distinctive characteristics of its local history and culture, which in turn forms an expression of regional identity. In this article, a comparison is made between Shanghai and London in order to review the history of urban cultural expression and representation, using traditional handicrafts as the lens through which to view urban cultural identity and cultural heritage protection. The aim of the paper is to make a contribution to the promotion, branding and marketisation of the creative dynamics of these respective cities.
