摘要
莳萝精油作为一种优质的天然健康食用材料,越来越受到人们的青睐,关于该物质的研究也越来越多。对莳萝精油的功能特性进行了综述,以期为莳萝精油在农产品精深加工中的研究应用提供理论参考,并对植物精油的开发前景进行了展望。
Dill essential oil,as a kind of high quality natural and healthy edible material,has been gradually favored by people.There are more and more studies on this substance.The functional properties of dill essential oil were reviewed in this paper.The development prospects of plant-derived essential oils were prospected,which could provide theoretical reference for the application of dill essential oil in the intensive processing of agricultural products.
