摘要
国内外旋挖钻孔灌注桩相关技术已经相当成熟,但是在硬地层如岩石或极硬岩中,嵌岩式的大口径旋挖桩施工技术仍处于不断探索和完善阶段。本文提供一种大口径旋挖桩嵌岩施工方法,通过施工技术的改变,结合新型钻具的使用,提高了入岩效率,节省了施工时间,有效地降低了施工成本,能够实现桩基的较大嵌岩深度。
Relevant technology of rotary drilling bored pile has been quite mature at home and abroad,but in hard strata such as rock or extremely hard rock,the construction technology of rock-socketed large-diameter rotary drilling pile is still in the stage of continuous exploration and improvement. This paper provides a rock-socketed construction method of large-diameter rotary excavation pile. Through the change of construction technology and the use of new drilling tools,the rock-socketed efficiency is improved,construction time is saved,construction cost is effectively reduced,and the larger rock-socketed depth of pile foundation can be realized.
