摘要
目的探讨子宫蜕膜细胞前列腺素E受体(PGER)、Survivin和Ki67的表达与流产的相关性。方法回顾性选取2017年1月至2019年1月到雅安市中医医院妇产科门诊部及住院部就诊的患者100例,按流产情况分为早期不完全流产组(流产组,50例)和早期稽留流产(稽留组,50例)。检测两组血清PGER、Survivin和Ki67含量以及子宫蜕膜细胞PGER、Survivin和Ki67表达情况,并分析以上指标的含量和表达与稽留流产的相关性。结果稽留组的血清PGER含量显著低于流产组,Survivin和Ki67含量显著高于流产组(P <0. 05)。稽留组的子宫蜕膜细胞PGER阳性率10. 0%明显低于流产组62. 0%,Survivin和Ki67阳性率(64. 0%和68. 0%)明显高于流产组(20. 0%和22. 0%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。在100例患者中,血清PGER含量、子宫蜕膜细胞PGER阳性率均与稽留流产呈现负相关性(P <0. 05)。相关性分析结果表明:在100例患者中,血清PGER含量和子宫蜕膜细胞PGER阳性率均与流产呈现显著负相关性(P <0. 05),而Survivin和Ki67含量及阳性率均与流产呈现显著正相关性(P <0. 05)。结论子宫蜕膜细胞中PEGR在流产患者中呈现低表达且其表达情况与流产呈负相关,Survivin和Ki67呈高表达且其表达情况与流产呈正相关,通过检测以上三个指标水平可初步预估孕妇流产情况,可考虑应用于临床。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of prostaglandin E receptor( PGER),Survivin and Ki67 in uterine decidua cells and abortion. Methods 100 patients were retrospectively selected from the obstetrics and gynecology clinic and inpatient department of T. C. M hospital of Ya’an from January 2017 to January 2019,and divided into early incomplete abortion group( abortion group,50 cases) and early missed abortion group( missed abortion group,50 cases). The levels of serum PGER,Survivin and Ki67 and the expression of PGER,Survivin and Ki67 in uterine decidua cells were detected,and the correlation between the above indicators and missed abortion were analyzed. Results The serum PGER levels in the missed abortion group were significantly lower than those in the abortion group,and the serum Survivin and Ki67 levels were significantly higher( P < 0. 05). The positive rates of PGER in uterine decidua cells of the missed abortion group( 10. 0%) was significantly lower than that of the abortion group( 62. 0%);while the positive rates of Survivin and Ki67 in uterine decidua cells of the missed abortion group( 64. 0% and 68. 0%) were significantly higher than those of the abortion group( 20. 0% and 22. 0%),and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that in the 100 patients,serum PGER content and the positive rate of PGER in uterine decidua cell were significantly negatively correlated with abortion( P < 0. 05),while Survivin and Ki67 content and positive rate were significantly positively correlated with abortion( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of PEGR in uterine decidual cells is low in abortion patients and its expression is negatively correlated with abortion,and the expression of Survivin and Ki67 are high in abortion patients and their expressions are positively correlated with abortion. The detection of the above three indicators can be used to preliminary estimate pregnant women’s abortion and can be considered for clinical application
