泰州大桥钢箱梁实测疲劳应力分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对泰州大桥钢箱梁开展实桥疲劳应力测试,从纵桥向、横桥向及局部细节3个方面对钢箱梁疲劳受力特征进行测试。基于钢箱梁的实测应变绘制各位置处的应变时程曲线,并利用雨流计数法得到疲劳应力谱。结果表明:若以高应力幅作为疲劳开裂评价标准,则重车道下轮载对应的U肋疲劳损伤较严重,中塔附近钢箱梁顶板与U肋焊缝、弧形缺口构造的应力幅较高,且循环次数较多,需重点关注;钢箱梁不同截面疲劳细节的应力幅峰值较为接近,但各应力幅对应的循环次数存在差异;中塔附近第一根吊杆处截面测点的应力幅峰值较大,为钢箱梁易发生疲劳损伤的主要截面。在当前交通荷载作用下,泰州大桥钢箱梁各部分的疲劳寿命满足设计要求。 The field stress monitoring of the steel box girder of Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge was carried out, and the fatigue performance of box girder was analyzed from three levels: longitudinal bridge, transverse bridge andlocal details.Based on data from measure, the strain time curve of each position was obtained, and the stress amplitude spectrum was obtained by the rain flow method. The results showed that based on the high stress range level, U-ribs in the heavy lane were subjected to a higher fatigue damage. The stress range of U-rib-to-deck welds and arc-shaped notch near the middle tower is higher, of which number of cycles are larger. Under the current traffic load, the fatigue life of details of Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge is corresponding to the design requirements.
