摘要
以2015-2017年国内医药上市公司为研究对象,运用多元回归分析对高管薪酬与企业绩效的关系进行了实证研究,结果表明,我国医药上市公司高管薪酬水平与企业绩效显著正相关,高管持股比例与企业绩效也呈正相关关系。此外,与国有企业相比,非国有企业高管薪酬水平和企业绩效的正相关性更显著。医药上市公司应有效运用薪酬激励制度,促进企业长远稳健发展,实现企业效益的提高。
Based on the research objects of China’s A-share pharmaceutical industry companies in 2015-2017, this paper made an empirical study on the relationship between executive compensation and enterprise performance by using relevant theories of economic regression.The results showed that There’s a significant positive correlation between executive compensation and enterprise performance of listed companies in pharmaceutical industry in China, and there’salso a positive correlation between executives stock holding ratio and enterprise performance. Besides, the positive significance is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises than that of state-owned enterprises. According to the research results, it made the suggestions on how to further optimize the incentive mechanism for listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry. It is hoped that pharmaceutical listed companies would effectively use the salary incentive system to promote long-term and steady development of enterprises and achieve the improvement of enterprise benefits.
