摘要
目的观察甲状旁腺切除术(parathyroidectomy,PTX)对透析患者血压的影响。方法纳入在我院行PTX的血透患者5例,进行长达9月的随访,分别记录降压药使用情况,临床症状、干体重及透析前后血压、心率的变化。结果随着术后时间的延长,患者的干体重和透析前后的心率呈上升趋势,透析后的收缩压和舒张压呈下降趋势。术后患者降压药用量减少。瘙痒、骨痛等临床症状得到明显缓解。结论 PTX术后的血透患者,我们应关注患者的血压及干体重,以便及时调整降压药及干体重,提高透析质量。
Objective To analyze the influence of parathyroidectomy on blood pressure in dialysis patient.Methods Five patients with hemodialysis who underwent PTX in our hospital were followed up for 9 months.We recorded the changes of antihypertensive drugs,clinical symptoms,dry weight and changes in blood pressure and heart rate before and after dialysis respectively.Results With the change of time,the patient’s dry weight and heart rate increased,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased.Clinical symptoms such as itching and bone pain are significantly relieved.Conclusion For dialysis patients after PTX,we should pay attention to the patient’s blood pressure and dry weight in order to adjust the antihypertensive drugs and dry weight,and improve the quality of dialysis.
