摘要
透水再生骨料混凝土(PRAC)是近年来新兴的一种环境友好型混凝土,利用建筑废弃物破碎所得再生骨料置换天然骨料,改善传统混凝土在城市路面建设中的弊端,实现废物资源再利用和建筑材料的可持续发展。总结了水灰比、孔隙率、再生骨料粒径和取代率、成型工艺等因素对透水再生骨料混凝土力学性能、透水性以及耐久性的影响,并提出了有待进一步研究的问题。已有研究成果表明再生骨料可以用于制备透水混凝土,应用于停车场、人行道及植生护坡等工程。
Pervious recycled aggregate concrete(PRAC)is a new developed environment-friendly concrete in recent years.It substitutes natural aggregates with recycled aggregates(RA)produced from construction and demolition waste,reduces the disadvantages of traditional concrete in urban pavement construction,and realizes the reuse of waste resources and sustainable development of building materials.This paper summarized the effects of various factors,such as water to binder ratio,porosity,particle size and replacement percentage of recycled aggregate,and molding technology of PRAC,on the mechanical properties,water permeability and durability of PRAC,and put forward some problems to be further studied.The literatures show that the pervious concrete can be prepared with recycled aggregate and applied to parking lot,sidewalk and planting slope protection projects.
