摘要
国内大多数选煤厂对破碎机采用传统的继电器进行控制,由于工作时所受载荷不均匀,系统故障率较高。针对这一情况设计了一种基于PLC控制器的破碎机变频控制系统,根据选煤厂的工况环境对系统的整体结构及其控制原理进行了设计。在硬件方面,利用机电一体化技术对系统的控制器、变频器及系统与上位机的通信方式进行了选型设计,在软件方面设计了系统主程序的流程图。该系统的应用实现了对破碎机的软起动,保证在受到冲击的情况下,设备仍可以正常工作,降低故障率,提高系统稳定性。
Most domestic coal preparation plants use traditional relays to control the crusher. Due to the uneven load during operation, the system failure rate is high. A variable frequency control system based on PLC controller was designed. The overall structure and control principle of the system were designed according to the working conditions of the coal preparation plant. In the aspect of hardware, the controller, frequency converter and the communication mode between the system and the upper computer were designed by using the mechatronics technology. In the aspect of software, the flow chart of the main program of the system was designed. The flow chart of the main program of the system was designed in software. The application of the system realizes the soft start of the crusher, ensuring that the equipment can still work normally under the condition of impact, reduce the failure rate and improve the stability of the system.
