新时代科技产业创新变革的要求形成了公共政策新议题,科技社团是公共政策活动中的重要参与者,需要以独特的视角,以更有效率的组织研究模式,应对全球科技治理体系重构的挑战,在人类命运共同体引领国际科技议题能力建设、科技产业融合政策、科技与金融政策、科技与社会伦理政策、科技领域公共产品供给体系等方面提供符合国际发展需求的高质量实践研究,全面提升对公共政策的影响力,为科技服务经济社会发展作出新的贡献。
In the new era,the requirement of innovation and transformation of science and technology industry has formed new topics of public policy.Science and technology societies are important participants in public policy activities.They need to face the challenge of restructuring the global science and technology governance system from a unique perspective and provide high-quality practical research and a more efficient organizational research mode on leading the capacity-building of international science and technology issues,the policy of integration of science and technology industries,in the science and financial policy,science and social ethics policy,public goods supply system.Scientific and technological societies should enhance their influence on public policies in an all-round way and make new contributions to serve economic and social development.
