摘要 近年来,人们生活水平不断提高,对蔬菜和水果的需求与日俱增,这在带动社会经济持续发展的同时,也对果蔬保鲜技术提出了更高的要求。随着科研工作的不断推进,纳米材料在果蔬保鲜中的应用越来越广泛。鉴于此,本文从纳米材料的作用入手,阐述了纳米材料在果蔬保鲜中的应用效果,并分析了纳米材料在果蔬保鲜中的未来发展趋势,以期为纳米材料的开发和研究提供参考借鉴。 In recent years,people’s quality of life is constantly improving,the demand for vegetables and fruits is increasing day by day,which not only promotes the sustainable development of social economy,but also puts forward higher requirements for the preservation technology of fruits and vegetables.In recent years,with the development of scientific research,nanomaterials are widely used in fruits and vegetables preservation.Therefore,starting from the function of nano materials,this paper expounded the application effect of nano materials in fruits and vegetables preservation,and analyzed the future development trend of nano materials in fruits and vegetables preservation,to provide reference for the development and research of nano materials.
