环境参数对硫化氢储罐泄漏后气体有毒区域的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在化工企业生产过程中,如果危险性气体发生泄漏后,未能及时采取有效的措施,很有可能引发安全事故。近年来,国内外因硫化氢泄漏导致急性中毒的各类重大事故时有发生。基于ALOHA模拟软件,采用数值模拟方法,模拟不同环境参数下硫化氢储罐泄漏后气体扩散的影响区域,分析风速、温度、湿度对硫化氢气体有毒区域的影响。研究结果表明:风速对硫化氢气体的有毒区域有比较显著的影响;温度对硫化氢气体有毒区域的影响相对较小;湿度对硫化氢气体有毒区域无明显影响。 In the production process of chemical enterprise,if a hazardous gas leaks and fails to take effective measures in time,it may cause safety accidents.In recent years,various major accidents that cause acute poisoning due to leakage of hydrogen sulfide have occurred frequently at home and abroad.Based on ALOHA simulation software,this paper uses numerical simulation method to simulate the influence of gas diffusion after tank leakage area,and analyzes the influence of wind speed,temperature,humidity on the influence of hydrogen sulfide gas area.The result shows that the wind speed has a significant effect on the toxic area of hydrogen sulfide gas.The influence of temperature on toxic area of hydrogen sulfide gas is relatively small.Humidity has no obvious effect on the toxic area of hydrogen sulfide gas.
