摘要
目的分析探讨肺结核患者抗结核药物治疗的不良反应及影响因素。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月本院9845例行抗结核药物治疗的肺结核患者,统计治疗期间不良反应发生情况,并比较发生不良反应者与未发生不良反应者的单因素,分析其影响因素。结果9845例采用抗结核药物治疗的肺结核患者中有2908例发生不良反应,发生率为29.54%;两组性别、BMI对比,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);发生不良反应患者年龄>69岁、初治、涂阴、饮酒史及肝病史占比高于未发生不良反应者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);经logistic回归分析显示,年龄(>69岁)、治疗类型(初治)、诊断类型(涂阴)、饮酒史、肝病史为肺结核患者抗结核药物治疗不良反应发生的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论年龄、治疗类型、诊断类型、肝病史为肺结核患者抗结核药物治疗不良反应发生的影响因素,临床应重点关注高危人群,采取针对性措施干预。
Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of antituberculosis drugs for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and the influencing factors.Methods From January,2016 to December,2018,9845 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated with antituberculosis drugs were selected.The incidence of adverse reactions was counted;the single factors of those with adverse reactions and those without were compared;and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results 2908(29.54%)of the 9845 patients had adverse reactions,with no statistical differences in sex and BMI between the two groups(both P>0.05).More patients was over 69 years old and more had initial treatment,negative treatment,drinking history,and history of liver disease in those with adverse reactions than those without(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age(>69 years old),treatment type(initial treatment),diagnosis type(smear negative),drinking history,and liver disease history were the risk factors of adverse reactions of antituberculosis drugs for the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions Age,type of treatment,type of diagnosis,and history of liver disease are the influencing factors of adverse reactions of antituberculosis drugs for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.We should pay attention to the high-risk group and take targeted measures to intervene.
