摘要
休闲农业是农业与旅游业有机结合的一种模式,休闲农业的发展对农业农村现代化的实现具有重要的作用。西藏自治区休闲农业发展效率评价对规范提升西藏自治区的休闲农业发展具有一定的现实意义。本文以林芝市为例,选取了林芝市七个休闲农业发展点,构建了基于3个投入指标和两个产出指标的休闲农业DEA评价模型,测算其休闲农业发展综合效率、技术效率和规模效率,并进行了效率、规模报酬和松弛变量的实证分析。结果表明,林芝休闲农业整体效率偏低。需要从产业集群、土地流转、人力资本、产业组织模式等几方面提升和促进林芝休闲农业发展效率。
Leisure agriculture is an organic combination of agriculture and tourism. The development of leisure agriculture plays an important role in the realization of agricultural and rural modernization. The evaluation of the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Tibet autonomous region has certain practical significance to standardize and promote the development of leisure agriculture in Tibet autonomous region. Taking Nyingchi city as an example, this paper selects seven development points of leisure agriculture in Nyingchi, constructs DEA evaluation model of leisure agriculture based on three input indexes and two output indexes, calculates the comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency of leisure agriculture development, and conducts empirical analysis on the variables of efficiency, scale return and relaxation. The results show that the overall efficiency of Nyingchi leisure agriculture is low. It is necessary to improve and promote the development efficiency of Nyingchi leisure agriculture from the aspects of industrial cluster, land transfer, human capital and industrial organization mode.
