摘要
以学生社团为主体开展专业技能训练,探索职业技能竞赛,引导实践教学改革,提升实践教学质量。在分析自动化生产线安装与调试技能训练目标和内容的基础上,强调心理技能训练的重要性和实践技能操作规范的考核,明确了技能训练的任务模块划分,总结出实践技能教学过程中适合的教学方法。有效提高学生实践动手能力和分析、解决生产实际问题的综合能力,保证人才培养质量,达到经济社会对高素质劳动者和技能型人才的要求。
Professional skills training based on student associations is carried out to explore practical teaching reform with the guidance of vocational skills competition. Task module division of skill training is designed on the basis of analyzing the skills training target and content of automatic production line installation and debugging, emphasizing the importance of psychological skills training and the assessment of practical skills practices, and then the suitable teaching method in the practical skills teaching process is summarized.
