摘要
成果导向(Outcome-based Education,OBE)理念是工程教育认证的三大基本理念中的核心理念。OBE理念的机制是坚持"以学生为中心",以学生接受教育后所取得的学习成果为导向,以工程教育认证中培养目标和毕业要求为出发点和落脚点。在工程教育认证的专业课程体系设计中,遵循基于OBE理念反向设计原则,设计合理的、能够支撑毕业要求达成的专业课程体系,并进行相应的持续改进。
The idea of Outcome-based Education(OBE) is a core one among the three ideas of the engineering education accreditation. The running mechanism of the idea of OBE focuses on the learning outcomes of the students, which insists on students centered. The graduate attribute profiles and training goal are the starting point and the end result. When to set professional curricula system, the principle is base on the reverse design of OBE. It is reasonable and supporting the reaching degree of graduate attribute profiles. At the same time, the continuous quality improvement is necessary.
