摘要
目的探讨24 h动态心电图对冠心病心律失常的监测价值。方法选取2017年3月-2019年2月我院收治的126例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,均进行24 h动态心电图检查、常规心电图检查,比较两组检出情况。结果24 h动态心电图对冠心病的阳性检出率为82.54%(104/126),常规心电图检查对冠心病的阳性检出率为77.78%(98/126),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。24 h动态心电图对于短阵室上速、房性早搏成对、房性早搏二或三联律、室性早搏成对、室性二或三联律、房性早搏早发、室上性早搏早发等心律失常的检出率远高于常规心电图检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病心律失常患者,相比较于常规心电图检查,采取24 h动态心电图检查,可更准确反映患者心功能状态。
Objective To investigate the value of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram in monitoring coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods A total of 126 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram,and the two groups were compared.Results The positive rate of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram for coronary heart disease was 82.54%(104/126),and the positive rate of conventional electrocardiogram for coronary heart disease was 77.78%(98/126).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).24 h dynamic electrocardiogram for short-stall chambers,atrial premature beats,atrial premature beats two or three,ventricular premature beats,ventricular two or three,atrial premature beats,supraventricular premature beats,etc.Thedetection rate of arrhythmia was much higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia,compared with conventional electrocardiogram,24 h dynamic electrocardiogram can more accurately reflect the patient’s cardiac function status.
