饲料维生素C添加水平对杂交鲟幼鱼生长性能、肌肉品质和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:9

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲料维生素C添加水平对杂交鲟(Acipenser schrenckii×Acipenser baeri)幼鱼生长性能、肌肉品质和抗氧化指标的影响。选取健康的初始体质量为(50.47±0.90)g的杂交鲟幼鱼180尾,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾鱼。各组分别投喂维生素C添加水平为0、200、800和4800 mg/kg的试验饲料。试验期84 d。结果表明:1)饲料维生素C添加水平对杂交鲟幼鱼的增重率、饲料系数、肝体比、脏体比、肥满度和成活率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)饲料维生素C添加水平对杂交鲟幼鱼的肌肉凝聚性和弹性无显著影响(P>0.05)。200、800、4800 mg/kg维生素C组的肌肉硬度显著高于0 mg/kg维生素C组(P<0.05),800、4800 mg/kg维生素C组的肌肉回复性显著高于0 mg/kg维生素C组(P<0.05),800、4800 mg/kg维生素C组的肌肉黏性显著高于0、200 mg/kg维生素C组(P<0.05),800、4800 mg/kg维生素C组的肌肉咀嚼性显著高于0 mg/kg维生素C组(P<0.05)。3)饲料维生素C添加水平对杂交鲟幼鱼的肌肉粗蛋白质、水分、粗灰分和粗脂肪含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)4800 mg/kg维生素C组的肌肉总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于0、200 mg/kg维生素C组(P<0.05),800 mg/kg维生素C组的肌肉总抗氧化能力显著高于0 mg/kg维生素C组(P<0.05),4800 mg/kg维生素C组的肌肉丙二醛含量显著低于0、200、800 mg/kg维生素C组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加800 mg/kg维生素C对杂交鲟幼鱼的生长性能和肌肉营养成分没有显著影响,但能改善杂交鲟幼鱼的肌肉品质,并增强鱼体的抗氧化性能。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary vitamin C supplemental level on growth performance,muscle quality and antioxidant indices of juvenile hybrid sturgeon(Acipenser schrenckii×Acipenser baeri).A total of 180 healthy juvenile hybrid sturgeon with initial body weight of(50.47±0.90)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 15 fish per replicate.Fish in the four groups were fed the beasl diets supplemented with 0,200,800 and 4800 mg/kg vitamin C,respectively.The experiment lasted for 84 days.The results showed as follows:1)dietary vitamin C supplemental level had no significant effects on weight gain rate,feed conversion rate,viscerosomatic index,hepatosomatic index,condition factor and survival rate of juvenile hybrid sturgeon(P>0.05).2)Dietary vitamin C supplemental level had no significant effects on muscle cohesiveness and springiness of juvenile hybrid sturgeon(P>0.05).The muscle hardness of 200,800 and 4800 mg/kg vitamin C groups was significantly higher than that of 0 mg/kg vitamin C group(P<0.05),the muscle resilience of 800 and 4800 mg/kg vitamin C groups was significantly higher than that of 0 mg/kg vitamin C group(P<0.05),the muscle gumminess of 800 and 4800 mg/kg vitamin C groups was significantly higher than that of 0 and 200 mg/kg vitamin C groups(P<0.05),and the muscle chewiness of 800 and 4800 mg/kg vitamin C groups was significantly higher than that of 0 mg/kg vitamin C group(P<0.05).3)Dietary vitamin C supplemental level had no significant effects on the contents of crude protein,moisture,ash and crude lipid in muscle of juvenile hybrid sturgeon(P>0.05).4)The muscle total superoxide dismutase activity of 4800 mg/kg vitamin C group was significantly higher than that of 0 and 200 mg/kg vitamin C groups(P<0.05),the muscle total antioxidant capacity of 800 mg/kg vitamin C group was significantly higher than that of 0 mg/kg vitamin C group(P<0.05),and the muscle malondialdehyde content of 4800 mg/kg vitamin C group was significantly lower than that o
