摘要
盾构管片接缝在高水压下的防水是保障隧道正常使用的关键。为了研究盾构隧道管片双道密封垫防水机理及最大设防压力,自行研制双道密封垫水密性试验装置。对比分析不同张开量及错台量情况下,单道及双道密封垫的最大设防压力,并探讨单道密封垫与双道密封垫的失效模式。研究结果表明:盾构接头张开量影响接缝防水能力,随着张开量的增加,最大防水能力降低。双道密封垫失效模式与单道密封垫不同,张角情况存在手孔渗漏、蹿水等失效模式。研究成果可为类似水下盾构隧道双道密封垫设计施工提供借鉴。
Waterproof joints are essential for shield tunnel lining with high ground water pressure. To investigate the failure model of the double sealing gasket and the gasket sealant capacity, a new test device was designed and the tests were carried out. With the different joint opening and offset, the gasket sealant capacity was performed. The results show that the joint opening has a significant effect on the gasket leakage capacity. With increasing joint opening, the gasket sealant capacity decreases. The failure modes of the double and single gaskets are different. The waterproof system of the double gaskets could be variable combined to prevent the water from leakage. Because of the different seepage path, the leakage for double gaskets does not occur only at the gasket to gasket interface and gasket to groove interface. Achievements obtained in this research can provide references for the similar projects of shield tunnel under water.
