摘要
盛宣怀和张謇都是清末民初著名的实业家、教育家。通过文献分析,比较了二人的实业教育思想在兴办学校、培育人才,自立自强、发展经济方面的相通之处,以及在教育目的、教育途径方面的差异,并追溯了其思想的成因;提出二人的实业教育思想在重视职业教育地位,善于借鉴国内外优秀教育成果和经验,教育与实践相结合,教育改革与时俱进等诸多方面对我国当代教育具有的借鉴意义。
Sheng Xuanhuai and Zhang Jian were both famous industrialists and educators in the late Qing dynasty and the early period of the Republic of China.The similarity of their industrial educatioin ideology lies in the establishment of schools,training talents,self-reliance and self-improvement,and economic development.Their difference is reflected in their educational purposes and educational approaches.By comparing the similarities and differences of their thoughts on industrial education and the reasons for their formation,this article proposes that their thoughts on industrial education are of referential significance to many aspects of contemporary education in China,such as emphasis on vocational education,learning from educational achievements and experiences at home and abroad,combination of education and practice,and education reform and advancing with the times.
