摘要
最近几年国内粮价开始高于国外粮价,造成“国货入仓、洋货入市”的尴尬局面,以及主产区与主销区粮食价格倒挂、原粮与成品粮价格倒挂,国内粮食“高库存、高进口”的复杂局面。如何借鉴、学习粮食市场化手段,通过价格市场工具,促进国内粮食市场健康、有序流通,保证国内粮食长期安全。
